Charge your Chromebooks! Mr. Jacobson ran out of chargers to loan. Don't get caught without a charged Chromebook during finals season!
Junior Girls ONLY: There is a signup sheet in the office to purchase a senior jersey for next school year. Prices will be dependent on your choices. The money is due by May 11th at the latest. You will receive your jerseys May 23rd. This is not ran through the school a parent has taken on the task for you all. If you have questions please come to the office and ask us about it.
Dear Students: We need your help with the Senior Video! Please look for an email sent by Michael Marley where you can upload any pictures, videos, or clips of anything that happened in sports, clubs, or in and out of the classroom that you happened to catch. If you can't upload them through the form, then just upload them as a response to the email. Remember this is the Senior Video, so the main focus is on them. NHS Members & Inductees: This is a friendly reminder that NHS Induction Ceremony is this evening at 7:30 in the auditorium. Please arrive early and in Business Casual clothing. If you have any questions, please let Ms. Fawns know, and she will get back to you as soon as possible.
Students: The Key Club is excited to update everyone on their Pie-in-the-Face fundraiser. In front of the office are jars with staff and community members that have agreed to get pied in the name of mental health and suicide prevention. The top three jars with the most funds raised will get a pie-in-the-face on May 19th at the Out of the Darkness Campus Walk. The current rankings are Mr. Larsen with 57.31, Mrs. Neves with $21, Ms. Fawns with 18.82, and in fourth is Mrs. Tuma with $3.52. We still have a week to go, and hope to see you continue to support our suicide prevention fundraiser. If you have any questions, please get in touch with a Key Clubber or Ms. Fawns.
Great news - The school has extended yearbook sales until 13 May. You can purchase online or in person with Mr. Corbett.
DCHS HOSA is partnering with Key Club to raise awareness for Mental Health! Look for Positive Affirmation Post It Notes around the school and take what you need.
They also have a suggestion box on the table outside the office. Write down what you think the school could do to help improve students' mental health. No, we're not getting rid of homework or starting summer early, so don't bother writing those down. We can't promise your suggestion will be implemented, but we will do our best to help make our school a great place to be.

2022 Year books: If you know you ordered a 2022 year book they are in and you can get them in the office between periods.
FCCLA: as part of the Out of the Darkness walk, FCCLA will be facilitating a positivity mural exercise next week. Murals will be posted around the school and in the FACS room. Students are invited to write positivity quotes on mental health.
Spring fling! The spring fling spirit week is next week the 24th-27th! Get prepared for a week of fun and an assembly of recognition for spring sports and our class of 2023 seniors!
