All students who are interested in careers in Agriculture or related fields CHS is hosting a career day Tomorrow at the Shuttle Facility on HWY 16 north of town. Meet at 10 AM We will review the careers in Animal Nutrition, Agronomy, Crops and Grain.

The DCHS Spring Play, "The Carol Burnett Show", will be performed Friday at 7pm, Saturday at 7pm, and Sunday at 2pm. It's a different show every time, and there's something for everyone. Admission is $6 for adults, $4 for students, and kids 5 and under are free.
Trading card Kids: If you are interested in trading card kids applications are available in the principal’s office. Please come get one and return by May 6th. Thanks
NHS & Key Club Members: Please make sure to answer the two questions about upcoming events in your Google classroom. If you are unable to attend make sure to follow the private comment instructions. Also, this week is the last full week of April so make sure by Friday that you have updated your service hour spreadsheets (NHS) and filled out your service hour tickets (Key Club). If you have any questions please contact Ms. Fawns.
Class Yearbook update: We have sold out our normal allotment of yearbooks. Due to the high demand, we have acquired seven more books. These are now available for purchase via the QR codes located on the yearbook posters throughout the school or by cash or check with Mr. Corbett in C102 for $65.00.
Thank you to MDU for allowing us to arrange a tour of your facility and for sharing your knowledge with the students about the Gas and Electrical fields. A special Thank You to the following employees of MDU for sharing your knowledge and allowing us to spend time with you: Cory, Jason, Chris, Kyle, and Travis. The boys learned a great deal and really enjoyed the hands-on activities.

Thank you to Lt. Conrad, the other officers on shift, and toWarden Green for allowing us to take a tour of the correctional facility in Dawson County. Special thanks to Lt. Conrad and the other officers for taking us on the tour. The students learned about how a career in corrections can be obtained and how the officers perform their daily duties in the facility. It was an eye-opening experience for these gentlemen. We appreciate the time it took for you to set up a tour for us and explain all the processes that go along with being an officer in the facility.

Due to weather conditions, the SB game versus Lewistown scheduled for 4/19/24 will be rescheduled to 4/20/24 in Sidney.
We have adjusted the schedule this weekend for softball. We will play six games on two fields in Sidney at South Meadow Park. (No games in Glendive or Sidney on Friday)

Thank you to Christina for providing a tour of Glendive Medical Center to our class. We toured the facility and all the many departments encompassed in the hospital and clinic. The students were given information about the different career opportunities that Glendive Medical Center can provide.

Thank you to Judge Olivia Reiger for setting up a fantastic morning for the B/T Class today. Thank you as well to: Brett Irigoin, Cody Lensing, Rhonda Anderson, Lindsay Whalen, Tammera Helmuth, Stacey Nerison, Police Chief Swisher, Assistant Chief of Police Katie Mills and all the other support staff and attorneys associated with the Dawson County Judicial System. We appreciate the extra time each of you spent with the class and provided all the information about career opportunities within the justice system.
